 Chicken Sausage Pepper  Fry is a very quick and easy recipe. It can be done in less than 25 minutes. It is very tasty. It  has very few ingredients.                                                                                      INGREDIENTS Oil- 1 tbsp Cooked sausage- 10nos Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder-1/2tsp Chilli powder-1 tsp Corriander powder-1 tsp Pepper powder-1/2tsp Garam masala-1/2 tsp  Salt to taste                               How to make chicken sausage pepper fry 1.Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2tsp kashmiri chilli powder, 1tsp chilli powder,1/2tsp pepper powder, 1/2tsp garam masala, 1tsp corriander powder and salt to the cooked sausage. 2. Unniyappam Recipe

 Unniyappam is a very popular kerala snack and traditional recipe. It tastes crispy outside and soft inside. They are offered as prasad in temples in kerala. This recipe is made with a handful of simple ingredients.                                           INGREDIENTS 2 cups white rice 3 small bananas 350gms jaggery, half cup water(for jaggery syrup) 2tbsp ghee cardamom 3-4 pods coconut bits 1\4 tsp baking soda A pinch of salt coconut oil How to make Unniyappam 1. Rinse and soak the rice overnight or 3 hours. 2. Make jaggery syrup by melting it in half cup of water. Filter the syrup with a strainer and allow it to cool. 3.
