Chicken Sausage Pepper Fry

 Chicken Sausage Pepper  Fry is a very quick and easy recipe. It can be done in less than 25 minutes. It is very tasty. It  has very few ingredients.


              

                                                                     INGREDIENTS






  • Oil- 1 tbsp
  • Cooked sausage- 10nos
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  • Kashmiri chilli powder-1/2tsp
  • Chilli powder-1 tsp
  • Corriander powder-1 tsp
  • Pepper powder-1/2tsp
  • Garam masala-1/2 tsp 
  • Salt to taste
       


                      How to make chicken sausage pepper fry


1.Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2tsp kashmiri chilli powder, 1tsp chilli powder,1/2tsp pepper powder, 1/2tsp garam masala, 1tsp corriander powder and salt to the cooked sausage.


2. Then add oil and mix well, keep it aside for 10 minutes.




3.In a hot pan pour the oil and add the marinated sausage mixture and stir well for few minutes.



















4.Stir until it turns dark in colour and our pepper sausage fry is ready.





















                                                              
                                     
                                                            Serve as a side dish with rotis!
